More than 30 years later, 3 senior Khmer Rouge leaders go to court

I have seen the killing fields, walked through the prisons and have stared into the horrified eyes of victims who had their portrait taken just before they were killed. I have seen their clothes and bones that still to this day come up from the mass killing graves during the rainy season. Nearly 2 million people were killed during the reign of the Khmer Rouge and 3 of Pol Pot’s leading associates, men who are allegedly responsible for the mass killings are still alive as the country waits for justice.
